How to Unfreeze A Motive Card?

Motive card provides a security feature if the card need to be put on hold for a certain time by the admin. This also allows the admin to unfreeze the card after they have the possession. 

Steps:

  1. Log into the Fleet Dashboard
  2. Cards in the left-hand side menu.
  3. Click Go to Admin at the top right corner.
  4. Click Card Management
  5. Click the three dots on the right hand corner for the desired cardholder.
  6. Click Unfreeze Card.

Note:

If you click the unfreeze card option but see the error of 'Something went wrong', this could be because the driver profile associated with the card is deactivated.
