How to reactivate an ELD/Vehicle Gateway

Fleet Admins can reactivate an ELD/Vehicle Gateway when needed. However, steps to reactivate a Vehicle Gateway with canceled subscription is different from the one deactivated by the Fleet Admin. Once reactivated, you can have your vehicle gateway enabled and assigned.

Get in touch with our
Customer Care or chat with us in order to be guided through the process of reactivating and reassigning the Vehicle Gateway to a new vehicle.
Reactivating a Vehicle Gateway with canceled subscription
If your Vehicle Gateway’s subscription has been canceled for more than 90 days, get in touch with your Account Executive. Share the necessary details and they will do the needful.
If the subscription has been canceled for less than 90 days, get in touch with the Account Executive assigned to you and they will connect you with the non-cancellation team.
