How to reactivate an ELD/Vehicle Gateway

Applies To Vehicle Gateway
Fleet Admins can reactivate an ELD/Vehicle Gateway when needed. However, the steps to reactivate a Vehicle Gateway with a canceled subscription are different from the ones deactivated by the Fleet Admin. Once reactivated, you can have your Vehicle Gateway enabled and assigned.

Customer Care or chat with us to be guided through reactivating and reassigning the Vehicle Gateway to a new vehicle.
Reactivating a Vehicle Gateway with a canceled subscription
If your Vehicle Gateway subscription has been canceled for more than 90 days, contact your Account Executive. Share the necessary details, and they will do the needful.
If the subscription has been canceled for less than 90 days, please reach out to the Account Executive assigned to you to connect with the Customer Success team.
