Introduction
Motive’s automated coaching feature automatically adds drivers to the coaching workspace when at least one of their safety events is in the “coachable” status.
Steps: Enabling automated coaching for Fleet Managers
1. Log into the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click on the Admin icon in the left-hand side menu.
2. Click Safety under the PRODUCTS dropdown menu.
3. Click Edit for Coaching settings.
4. Enable the option for Allow Motive to automatically mark events as ‘coachable’.
