    Drivers’ driving time is decided according to the Hours of Service Cycle they are on. Motive offers the following HOS Cycles on the Driver App: 

    USA Property Cycle 

    • Drivers on the USA Property Cycle are not allowed to drive more than 11 hours per 14-hour shift. 

    USA Passenger Cycle 

    • Drivers on the USA Passenger Cycle are not allowed to drive more than 10 hours of the 15-hour shift. 

    Canada Alberta Cycle

    • Drivers on the Canada Alberta Cycle are not allowed to drive more than 13 hours of the 15-hour shift. 

    Canada South Cycle

    • Drivers on the Canada South Cycle are not allowed to drive more than 13 hours of the 14-hour shift. 

    Canada South Oil Cycle

    • Drivers on the Canada South Oil Cycle are not allowed to drive more than 13 hours of the 14-hour shift. 

    Canada North Cycle 

    • Drivers on the Canada North Cycle are not allowed to drive more than 15 hours of the 18-hour shift.

    California Property Cycle 

    • Drivers on the California Property Cycle are not allowed to drive more than 12 hours per 16-hour shift

    California Passenger Cycle

    • Drivers on the California Passenger Cycle are not allowed to drive more than 10 hours of the 15-hour shift. 

    Texas Intrastate Cycle 

    • Drivers on the Texas Intrastate Cycle are not allowed to drive more than 12 hours of the 15-hour shift. 

    Alaska Property Cycle 

    • Drivers on the Alaska Property Cycle are not allowed to drive more than 15 hours per 20-hour shift. 

    Alaska Passenger Cycle

    • Drivers on the Alaska Passenger Cycle are not allowed to drive more than 15 hours of the 20-hour shift.

    USA Short Haul Property Cycle 

    • Drivers on the USA Short Haul Property Cycle are not allowed to drive more than 11 hours per 14-hour shift. 

    USA Short Haul Passenger Cycle 

    • Drivers on the USA Short Haul Passenger Cycle are not allowed to drive more than 10 hours per 14-hour shift. 

    USA Oil and Gas Cycle 

    • Drivers on the USA Oil and Gas Cycle are not allowed to drive more than 11 hours per 14-hour shift.
