Introduction
Fleet Dashboard enables Fleet Admins and Fleet Managers to access their Fleet's Fuel Purchases detail report for IFTA filing purposes. All the uploaded fuel receipts of a Fleet are used to generate its Fuel Purchases detail report.
Steps: Downloading Fuel Purchases detail report from Motive Fleet Dashboard
1. Login to the Fleet Dashboard and click Reports from the left-hand side menu.
2. Search Fuel using the search bar at the top right corner.
3. Click the Fuel Purchase Details report.
4. The Fuel Purchases detail report displays. Click the three dots at the top right corner.
5. Export the report as a PDF or CSV file.
