Introduction
Motive allows Fleet Managers and Fleet Admins to download the fuel receipts of their Drivers using Fleet Dashboard. These fuel receipts consist of details including total cost, fuel type, and jurisdiction to help Fleets analyze its fuel expenses.
Steps: Downloading fuel receipts using Fleet Dashboard
1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click Fuel from the left-hand side menu.
2. Click the Fuel Purchases tab.
3. Click the Fuel Purchase of your choice from the list.
4. Click Download at the top right corner.
5. Open the downloaded file to view the receipt.
The fuel receipt of your selected Fuel Purchase displays.
