Motive allows Fleet Managers and Fleet Administrators to add notes to trips, either identified or unidentified, using the Motive Fleet Dashboard. This article will help guide you through how to add notes to unidentified driving events from the fleet dashboard whenever an annotation of an unidentified driving event is needed for either business or FMCSA record-keeping purposes.
| Note: Drivers can now review and claim Unidentified Trips as part of their daily Start of Day and End of Day Walkthrough. This helps streamline compliance and reduce manual review. Learn more about setting up the Walkthrough process here. |
