You can delete your driver profile via the Motive App using the following Steps. Both Android and iOS versions of the Motive app allow you to delete your driver profile.
| Note: that once you have deleted your driver profile, you will not be able to access it anymore. If your driver profile is associated with any company, you can reach out to the company's Fleet Admin, and they can help reactivate your account. |
Deleting the account as a driver on iOS
1. Login to the Motive Driver App.
2. Tap the hamburger icon.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Tap Company Connection.
5. Select Delete Account.
