If the Vehicle Gateway changes vehicle information while adding a vehicle, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Motive Dashboard and go to Admin > Vehicle.
- Select the desired Vehicle and confirm the correct Vehicle Gateway is assigned.
- If the Vehicle Gateway is not assigned correctly,
- go to Vehicles> Search by gateway S/N.
- Select the Vehicle and scroll down to Devices > Vehicle Gateway > Edit > three dots > Remove > Save.
- Go to Vehicles, select the correct vehicle and go to Devices > Add/ Assign Devices > Search by gateway S/N > Assign.
- Fill the details to Threshold to throttle Wifi hotspot > Installation Details > Notes > Save.
- The Vehicle Gateway has been assigned to the correct Vehicle. Request the driver to log in to the Motive Driver app and select a Vehicle again.
