If you want to reboot Asset Gateway Mini hard, you need to hold the reset button for 10 seconds (up to 12 seconds) and then release it. The LED will blink blue for 3 seconds, and the device will be rebooted.
Note: Do not hold the reset button for periods longer than the mentioned timeframe, it may trigger a backup firmware swap.
To check to see if your device has successfully rebooted, within a couple of minutes, check your fleet dashboard to see if the asset’s location has been updated.
