Answer
If you want to reboot Asset Gateway Mini hard, you need to hold the reset button for 10 seconds (up to 12 seconds) and then release it. The LED will blink blue for 3 seconds, and the device will be rebooted.
| Note: Do not hold the reset button for more than 12 seconds. Holding it too long can revert the firmware version. |
To check to see if your device has successfully rebooted, within a couple of minutes, check your fleet dashboard to see if the asset’s location has been updated.
