Answer
There is no fixed limit for driving during adverse driving conditions. However, the adverse driving conditions exception allows drivers to extend their driving time by up to 2 hours beyond the normal limits. This exception must be used in accordance with the definition provided in CFR 395.2, which outlines that adverse driving conditions refer to unexpected situations, such as weather or road issues, that could not have been reasonably known before the trip began.
