Answer:
Any Transactions made with a Motive Card can show status as " Pending " for up to 48 - 72 hours.
During this time the Fleet admin can reach out to Merchant support services for any requests i.e.: Fast-Track Pending Transactions, Cancel any transaction, Pre-Authorization Hold on Fuel & Amount, or Service issues.
Merchants are to provide the Purchase details for transaction status updates. i.e.: Category, Total amount, Fuel Discounts (if any).
Note: Accommodation, Hotels, or Rental Transactions can show pending for up to 30 Days. |
