Answer
Any Transactions made with a Motive Card can show a status of " Pending " for up to 48 - 72 hours. During this time the fleet admin can reach out to merchant support services for the following requests:
- Fast-Track Pending Transactions
- Cancel any transaction
- Pre-Authorization Hold on Fuel & Amount
- Service issues.
Merchants should provide the Purchase details for transaction status updates such as:
- Category
- Total amount
- Fuel Discounts (if any)
Note: Accommodation, Hotels, or Rental Transactions can show pending for up to 30 Days. |
