Introduction
Fleets can view videos of certain incidents and accidents and share them with their Drivers, insurance providers, external third-party users, or the authorities. Motive has given fleets access to download the requested videos from their Fleet Dashboard. Once the video has been downloaded, it can be shared as an attachment via email.
Steps: Sharing Dashcam videos externally
1. Open the video that you want to share.
2. Click the download icon, to download the video on your device.
3. Open your email, and click add an attachment icon.4. Once the window opens up, Click Downloads and select the video you need to share. Click Open.
5. Your video will show up as an attachment to your email.
| Note: Once you have confirmed your video has been attached, you can share it with anyone who does not have access to the Motive Fleet Dashboard. |
