Check if the following pre-requisites are fulfilled: 

• Add valid license state and license number under driver profile and vehicle profile.
• Check for any pending unidentified trips on vehicle profile.
• Add valid VIN number under vehicle profile.
• Driver must add official comment under output files.
• Driver app should be on the latest version.
