• Any combination of continuous sleeper, personal conveyance, and Off-Duty time that is 10 hours or more triggers the restart of the 14-hour calculation period.

Note: Drivers can avoid violating the 14-hour shift limit by ensuring their total driving, on-duty, and non-paired off-duty/sleeper berth time does not exceed 14 hours.
