Introduction

Paradigm ERP (by Paragon) Integration with Motive eliminates duplicate data entry by exporting dispatch information created in Paradigm Dispatch to Motive.
Additionally, proof of delivery pictures and signatures captured by Motive can be imported into Paradigm and attached to the source trips and orders.

Steps: Enabling Paradigm ERP Driver Workflow integration with Motive App

This is a 2-way integration and requires configuration at Paragon's end as well as Motive end. The process for enablement is as follows:

  1. Reach out to Paragon or Motive. The optimal way is to reach out to Paragon if you are not an existing customer of Paragon or Paradigm ERP.
  2. Inform Motive that you have subscribed to Paragon for this integration.
  3. Motive makes sure that you are on the right subscription package and that the Dispatches feature is enabled.
  4. Install the Paradigm ERP App from the Motive App Marketplace
Note: Paragon charges a one-time fee to implement the Paradigm ERP solution and then a monthly subscription fee is charged by Paragon.
