Introduction
The Motive Fleet Dashboard now includes a self-serve card ordering feature. For instructions on ordering your card, refer to How to Order Cards from Fleet Dashboard.
After placing an order, you can track its status directly from the Orders tab under the Cards category in the Admin view.
Card Order Tracking
Once you place an order, an Order ID is created and displayed, showing all the relevant information, including shipping details.
Below is the list of Order statuses and their meanings:
Status | Meaning |
1. Processing | A new order that is not shipped yet is in the Processing status. During this stage, the order undergoes background checks. If there are no issues, the cards get issued and shipped. |
2. Shipped | This status indicates that the cards are dispatched. You can track orders shipped (but not yet delivered) through the tracking link available in the Dashboard. |
3. Delivered | This shows that the cards are successfully received by the customer. |
4. Canceled | If there are issues during the background checks, an order may get canceled. For further clarification in such situations, contact the support team. |
