- Currently, Motive Shop is available to existing Motive customers based in the United States and Canada. If you are an ENT/STRAT customer and need access to Motive Shop, please reach out to your account team
- Fleets in these segments can re-purchase the existing products through Motive Shop if they align with the following conditions:
- Active, direct contract with Motive, valid for more than 3 months (not vendor-financed).
- No active insurance subsidies on the contract.
- The account is not in the deny list (for various reasons such as delinquency, missed payments, etc.)
