- Currently, the Motive Shop is only accessible to SMB and commercial Fleets based in the United States.
- Fleets in these segments can re-purchase the existing products through Motive Shop if they align with the following conditions:
- Active contract, valid for more than 6 months (not vendor-financed).
- No active insurance subsidies on the contract.
- Account not in the deny list (for various reasons).
