- This happens when Fleet manager account has limited permissions assigned to the role.
- The Fleet Manager account needs to have the "Manage Document Templates" permission checked in order for them to successfully add attachments (images and pdf) while creating service notes.
- Please contact your fleet admin to add this permission in your role from the Fleet Admin Motive Dashboard.
