UKG Ready integration with Motive Marketplace

Introduction

Motive and UKG have partnered up to simplify driver management and payroll processes. Through this integration, UKG Ready drivers, their logs, and timecard data are automatically synced with Motive. This eliminates the need for manual tracking of driver logs, making the process more efficient and hassle-free.

 

Integration Benefits

• Automatically sync UKG's employee data with Motive's drivers, including both exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Automatically export Motive’s driver logs and log updates for non-exempt drivers to UKG Ready.
• Automatically export timecards, including punch-in and punch-out data, for exempt drivers to
• UKG Ready. 

 

System Requirements

UKG 

• UKG Ready subscription is required.
• Create a standard UKG Ready API user.
• Grant API permissions to: 
  • generate tokens
  • get employees 
  • retrieve HR custom fields
  • create punches.

Motive

• Enterprise subscription plan

 

Steps: Enabling UKG Ready Integration with Motive App Marketplace

1.  Log in to Motive Dashboard and click Marketplace.

2. Search for UKG Ready in the search bar.

3. Click UKG tile.

4. Click Install.

5. A pop-up banner appears, click Install.

6. A case is created for the Motive Support team. The Motive Support team contacts you to enable the integration.
