Introduction
This integration connects Motive with Amazon Relay, a platform used by independent carriers who move Amazon’s freight. It enables seamless sharing of key safety data, such as collision alerts and device usage, between Motive and Amazon. Through this integration, eligible carriers may also qualify for Relay Plus, a program where Amazon rewards safe driving. The goal is to improve safety and efficiency across Amazon’s carrier network.

Steps: Enabling Amazon Relay Integration with Motive App Marketplace
1. Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click Marketplace.
2. Search for Amazon Relay in the search bar.
3. Click to open the tile.
4. Click Install.
5. A pop-up banner appears, click Install.
6. The support team contacts the fleets for the next step.
