How to subscribe to email notifications for new product & feature updates/release notes on the Motive Help Center

Introduction

The Motive Help Center provides a wealth of information, including release notes, product updates, and support articles. In this article, you can learn how to subscribe or follow Help Center updates to stay informed on new content and product features:

  • Follow release notes for important product updates.

 

Steps: Following Product Announcements on the Motive Help Center

1. Go to the Motive Help Center.

2. Click Sign In.

3. Enter your Email Address/Username and Password.

Note: Do not Sign Up. Use the same login credentials as your Fleet Dashboard account.

4. Click Log In.

5. Navigate to Release Notes on the Motive Help Center.

6. Select one of these categories to subscribe to updates, based on what you’re interested in:

  • Firmware Updates
  • Mobile Updates 
  • Product Announcements

7. Click Follow.

8. Click New articles.

9. You will receive email notifications whenever a new article is added to your subscribed section.
