The Motive Help Center provides a wealth of information, including release notes, product updates, and support articles. In this article, you can learn how to subscribe to or follow Help Center updates to stay informed on new content and product features.
Following Product Announcements on the Motive Help Center
1. Go to the Motive Help Center.
2. Click Sign In.
3. Login in using your Email Address/Username and Password.
| Note: Do not Sign Up. Use the same login credentials as your Fleet Dashboard account. |
4. Click Log In.
5. Navigate to Release Notes from the top menu.
6. Select one of these categories to subscribe to updates, based on the email updates you'd like to receive:
- Firmware Updates
- Mobile Updates
- Product Announcements
7. Click Follow.
8. Click New articles.
9. You will receive email notifications whenever a new article is added to your subscribed section.
