Cards activated but not assigned to a user are known as ‘Unassigned’ Cards. This typically happens when the card was previously activated and assigned to a driver or vehicle, and unassigned at a later stage.

Unassigned cards will be displayed to the user on Card Management along with other statuses like Active, Frozen, Locked, or Deactivated cards.
