Introduction

Motive integrates with BulkLoads to simplify freight operations and provide real-time fleet visibility. The integration automatically tracks facility wait times, helping reduce delays and improve efficiency. With a BulkTMS account, you can manage loads, track vehicles and drivers, monitor GPS, and access Hours of Service (HOS) data.

By combining Motive’s telematics with BulkLoads, fleets can dispatch smarter, improve driver communication, optimize routes, and increase productivity.

Steps: Enabling BulkLoads Integration with Motive App Marketplace

Note: Click the Install button on the Motive standalone marketplace.

1.Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click Marketplace.

2. Search BulkLoads.com in the search bar.

3. Locate BulkLoads.com integration tile and click Learn More.

4. Click Install

Case will be generated for API Support

  • API Support will confirm the consent from the customer and create the API Key.
  • API support will confirm consent & details from the customer
  • Once the customer gives consent, API Support will create the API Key for the customer.
  • Customer will get the API Key from Motive Dashboard and share it with BulkLoads point of contact
  • API Support will always keep keep support@bulkloads.com in cc of the email
