How to enable FreightPOP TMS (1-way) integration

Introduction

FreightPOP, an AI-first, cloud-based Transportation Management System (TMS) tailored for mid-market and enterprise-level fleets. This 1-way TMS integration leverages Motive’s robust real-time APIs to connect FreightPOP’s advanced logistics platform with Motive’s ELD devices, enabling seamless management of private fleets. 

FreightPOP simplifies logistics across parcel, LTL, FTL, ocean, rail, and air, integrating effortlessly with ERP, WMS, and eCommerce platforms. This integration provides powerful automation for dispatching, real-time tracking, and invoice auditing, combined with Motive’s compliance and fleet data, accessible directly within FreightPOP’s TMS.

Requirements

The FreightPOP TMS integration is available on all FreightPOP TMS membership plans.

Integration steps on Motive: 

Note: Click the Install button on the Motive standalone marketplace. The integration process is triggered on FreightPOP TMS's ends
  1. Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click Marketplace.
  2. Search FreightPOP TMS in the search bar.
  3. Locate FreightPOP TMS and click Learn More.
  4. Click on Install. 
  5. Our API support team will reach out with the next steps.

Integration steps on FreightPOP TMS:

  1. Go to Integrations → Tracking Devices in FreightPOP.
  2. Select Tracking Device: ELD
  3. Choose Provider: Go Motive
  4. Enter an Account Nickname (your choice; must be unique).
  5. Set your Integration Type to TMS.
  6. (Optional) Configure Distance & Time Thresholds to control how tracking data is displayed.
