Job types allow you to categorize the different types of work your team performs, making dispatching and reporting more efficient.

  • Custom organization: Create job types that reflect your business’s operations, ensuring tasks are labeled and managed correctly.

Managing dispatch job types

To manage dispatch job types in the Fleet Dashboard:

  1. In the Fleet Dashboard, go to Admin > Dispatch.
  2. Under Job Types, click Edit. 
  3. The list of Job Types appears on the screen.
  4. To add a job type: Click Add Job Type, enter the job name and description, then click Save.
  5. To edit a job type: Click the Edit icon next to the job type, make your changes, then click Save.
  6. To delete a job type: Click the X icon next to the job type.

You can update your job types at any time to match your business needs.
