Driver App Reefer Data

Motive Driver App provides refrigerated (reefer) unit drivers direct access to live reefer data and historical logs. Real-time reefer data helps drivers protect temperature-sensitive cargo from costly spoilage and minimizes manual workflows during transit. Historical logs sharing speeds up documentation at the point of delivery to reduce compliance risks and customer friction.

Overview

With the Motive Driver App, drivers can view live reefer data, share historical logs, and address reefer issues on the go.

Key features include:

  • Real-time visibility: Track live reefer data to proactively monitor and manage temperature-sensitive cargo.
  • Historical logs access: Easily access a summary of historical temperature and humidity logs to prove compliance during transit.
  • Enhanced compliance: Share reefer logs with external recipients to simplify compliance checks and speed up compliance documentation for delivery.
Note: To access reefer data, drivers must assign the reefer asset to their vehicle for the duration of their trip. To enable this feature for your fleet, contact Motive support.
