LoadOps integration with Motive Marketplace

Introduction

LoadOps, a smart TMS by Optym designed for carriers, leverages Motive’s robust real-time API to sync driver location and HOS data seamlessly. This integration connects your Motive ELD account to LoadOps, enabling data sharing between platforms and allowing drivers to use either Motive or the LoadOps Driver Mobile App for enhanced flexibility. 

With features like easy dispatching, fast payments via factoring services, and centralized document management, LoadOps streamlines operations, improves efficiency, and supports fleet growth.

Enabling LoadOps by Optym (1-way TMS) integration with Motive Marketplace

Note: Click the Install button on the Motive standalone marketplace.
  1. Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click Marketplace.
  2. Search LoadOps in the search bar.
  3. Locate LoadOps and click Learn More.
  4. Click Install

Integration steps on LoadOps by Optym

Please refer to the steps mentioned here.

  1. Log in to LoadOps with an Admin account.
  2. Go to Settings > Integrations > ELDs, then click Add ELD Integration.
  3. Select Motive within the ELD Provider field and modify the Display Name in case you have multiple Motive accounts.
  4. Click Add to be redirected to the Motive login page.
  5. Enter your username and password associated with your Motive Admin account and click Login.
  6. Click Install when asked to install live.

You should be automatically redirected back to the Loadops > Integrations > ELDs page with your activated Motive details. Now you can create or link your drivers by clicking the Manage button.
