Motive AI Coach helps fleets automate weekly driver coaching through personalized video recaps delivered every Monday. These recaps summarize recent driving performance and highlight key opportunities to improve, reducing the manual workload on fleet supervisors.
AI Coach SMS and Push Reminders build on that foundation by adding a simple, automated reminder cadence for drivers who have not yet reviewed their weekly recap. These automated reminders increase driver engagement with AI Coach and eliminate the need for manual follow‑up, making coaching more consistent and efficient.
What’s New?
Motive AI Coach generates weekly recap videos for drivers who are eligible for AI coaching. We are introducing a multi-touch reminder schedule (SMS, push, and in-app notifications) for drivers who have not yet reviewed their weekly AI Coach video.
- Multi-channel outreach: Drivers now receive coaching reminders via SMS, push, and in-app notifications, ensuring they see these reminders wherever they are.
- Automated weekly reminders: AI Coach runs a three-touch cadence (Monday initial recap, Tuesday first reminder, and Friday final reminder) for drivers who have not reviewed their weekly recap video.
- Targeted follow-ups: If a driver does not review their recap after the Monday notification, AI Coach automatically sends additional reminders on Tuesday and Friday, each including a direct link to the video.
