- Log in to ‘Motive Fleet Dashboard’ and click Marketplace.
- Search ‘HoS Sync’ in the search bar.
- Locate ‘HoS Sync’ and click ‘Learn More’.
- Click ‘Install’ and a case will be generated for the Motive API Support.
- Motive API Support will confirm the consent from the customer and generate the API key with the label ‘hos-sync’, and then, guide the customer to share that API key with their POC in ‘HoS Sync’.
