Introduction
AI Coach now lets fleets assign different standard or custom AI Coach avatars to specific driver groups instead of relying on a single fleet-wide AI Coach. Avatar assignment by groups makes weekly coaching sessions feel more local, credible, and aligned with each team’s operating context.
What’s New?
- Group-based avatar assignment: Fleet managers and admins can assign different AI Coach avatars to different driver groups, making it possible to tailor the coaching voice by terminal, region, or operational segment.
- Centralized assignment view: A new table in AI Coach admin settings lists active driver groups alongside their assigned coach. This provides admins a single place to review and update avatar assignments across the fleet.
- Global default coverage: A global default coach continues to serve any eligible driver who is not mapped to a group-level avatar, ensuring full AI coaching coverage.
- Automatic updates: When a driver moves from one group to another, the avatar used in their next weekly coaching session updates automatically based on their latest group.
