When you go to Fleet Dashboard and click Fuel, you’ll see the following key metrics:

Downloading fuel purchase receipts
- Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and go to Fuel.
- Select the Fuel Purchases tab.
Select any entry from the list of transactions.
Click Download.
- Open the downloaded file to view the receipt.
Deleting a duplicate fuel purchase receipt
- Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and go to Fuel.
Find two entries of the same receipt, and select one.
Click the three-dot menu and select Delete.
Click Delete.
Archiving fuel receipts
- Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click Documents.
- Find the fuel receipt you want to archive and click its three-dot menu.
Click Archive Document.
A message pops up confirming the selected receipt is archived.
