Automatically Identified Coachable Safety Events

Motive automatically identifies coachable events based on severity. This helps Fleet Managers efficiently coach drivers without having to review every individual event.

How it works

When a driver generates a critical or high-severity event, the event is automatically marked as coachable. Once the driver is identified as coachable, the following series of events happen:

  • The driver is automatically added to the “Coaching” section in the Safety Hub for the Fleet Manager to begin the coaching workflow.
