- The billing cycle only starts once one of the cards in the company is activated regardless of whether the bank is linked or not.
- The billing cycle is determined at onboarding and the invoice is also generated by the end of the billing cycle day but the payment is pulled out from the linked bank account on the due date.
- Payments will automatically be pulled from the bank account on the due date once the billing cycle ends, regardless of the state of the card and as long as there is an outstanding balance.
- You can also make a payment by logging into your account and paying your current balance at any time of the week.
