The Motive Vehicle Gateway is compliant with FMCSA regulations 49 CFR 385, 386, 390, and 395. We have incorporated the requirements of the ELD mandate in the Motive Vehicle Gateway, and are constantly working to stay aware of any new changes or updates to the ELD mandate.
