How to replace a Motive Card

    Introduction

    Motive allows Fleet Managers to replace an active Motive Card in case of theft or lost card. To avail this option, read this article on how to replace a Motive Card.

     

    Steps: Replacing a Motive Card

    1. Call the Motive Support line at 855-434-3564 and press 3 for Motive Card.
    2. Inform the support representative that you need a replacement card and explain the reason why
    3. The representative will be able to help the customer deactivate their old card and transfer the request/case to the following relevant team along with the necessary information for a replacement card to be sent.
