- If you see any suspicious activity or suspected fraud on your account please immediately deactivate your card so no further transactions occur and call Motive support as soon as possible to be routed to our fraud and dispute team.
- Customers are responsible for all transactions until the card is reported to us. We will then work with you to get new cards issued and investigate the suspected fraudulent transactions.
Things required to file a Fraud on a transaction
- In order to file a fraud case, you will need to file a police affidavit. It is a requirement in order to continue with the investigation.
