How to view the Driver DRIVE Score Report

    Introduction

    Utilize the Driver DRIVE Score Report to track Driver DRIVE Score performance over time. 

     

    Steps: Viewing the Driver DRIVE Score Report

    1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click Reports in the left-hand side menu. 

    2. Click Safety in the Browse section. 

    3. Click the Driver DRIVE Score Report.

    4. You can filter the report by Date Range, Driver, Group, and DRIVE Performance Band.

    The Driver DRIVE Score Report includes the following data fields:  

    Column Description
    Driver The Driver’s name.
    Group(s) The Group name the Driver belongs to.
    Score update day The day the score was last updated.
    4-week period The time duration the score is reflective of, displaying the start and end date.
    Miles driven Total miles driven by the Driver within the time duration.
    DRIVE Score

    Driver’s score within the set time duration.

    Drivers must have driven at least 100 mile in the score period to be eligible for a DRIVE score.

    Performance Band

    Score grade according to the total score

    (Good, Average, Needs Improvement).

    Behavior count (above Fleet definition) Count of events generated above the fleet configured definition for the behavior in the 4-week period.
    Behavior event count (below Fleet definition) Count of events generated below the fleet configured definition (but still meeting the DRIVE definition) for the behavior in the 4-week period.
    Total Behavior event count

    Total events considered in the score

    (above Fleet threshold event count + below Fleet threshold event count).

    Behavior Events/1k miles (Total events/miles driven) * 1,000
    Behavior points available Maximum points available for the behavior.
    Behavior points received Total points received for the behavior. This is determined based on the 4-week events/1k miles.
    Behavior impact Behavior impact = points available - points received.

     

    Note: The behavior field applies to all unsafe behaviors included in the score
