Cannot see Driver's logs(Logs not synced)

    Audience Fleet Admins, Fleet Managers
    Applies to Fleet Dashboard


    Symptoms :

    Unable to see Driver's logs on dashboard.


    • Unstable internet connection.
    • Driver isn't logged in with right credentials.

    Solution : 

    1.  Login to Dashboard and click on the human icon.

    2. Check the last active time under drivers name.

      If the last active time doesn't show the current date/time, advise the driver to login using right credentials. (If driver is logged in with right credentials still ask him to re-login)
      Also ask the driver to make sure he has a strong internet connection to get his logs synced.
