Invoice Not Received for Motive Subscription

Motive Card generates an invoice at the end of every billing cycle & sends it to the billing email recipients on the account. If you did not receive the invoice for the Motive subscription, please work with your Fleet admin & ensure they have the correct email recipient defined for the Billing emails.

The email recipients for the billing emails can be updated under Admin > Cards > Configuration > Email Preferences.

 


 

If you still require additional help, please do the following:

  • To update your billing contact information, you can contact us and speak to Support.
  • Alternatively, you can send an email to: billing@gomotive.com.
