Introduction
This article is designed to help Fleet Admins and Managers understand how to access and manage essential information related to their fleet's WiFi and data usage.
By following this guide, you will be able to:
- View the total data allotted to your fleet, the amount consumed, and the remaining data until the cycle renews.
- Identify vehicles using data and those with data throttling.
- Access WiFi network names and passwords for all vehicles in the fleet.
- Review the WiFi thresholds set for each vehicle and the data consumed by individual vehicles.
Steps
1. Log into the Motive Dashboard and Click Reports from the left-hand side menu.
2. Navigate to the Reports section and select the Vehicles tab. Then, click on WiFi Usage Summary.
3. The report will show detailed information about your fleet's data usage.
4. You can export the WiFi Usage Summary report as PDF or CSV.
