New Inspection Duration field

The Inspection Duration field displays the exact time, in minutes and seconds, that a driver spends completing each DVIR. This allows fleet managers to monitor and evaluate the thoroughness of vehicle inspections more accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Inclusion in DVIR Reports

The time duration of each inspection is automatically tracked, recorded, and included in all DVIR reports. This ensures that the time data is readily available and easily accessible for fleet managers to review and analyze, facilitating better decision-making and performance evaluations.

DVIR Edit Timestamps 

DVIR Edit Timestamps gives fleets clear visibility into when an inspection was originally submitted and when it was later updated. This helps fleets to answer audit and compliance questions without manual investigation.

  1. Log in the Fleet Dashboard > click Maintenance > Inspections
  2. Select the required Inspection.

  1. On the Inspection details screen, click the Activity dropdown to view the DVIR changes with details.

Note: The DVIR reports include the timestamps details for detailed understanding of events. Also, the changes made in Driver App for DVIR will reflect directly in the Fleet Dashboard.
