How to add a new Shipping Address for Motive Cards

    A new self-serve card ordering feature is now available on the Motive Fleet Dashboard. For instructions on ordering your card, refer to How to Order Cards from Fleet Dashboard.

    Note: This feature is available to all Fleets, but access is limited to Fleet Admins with Edit Access to Card Management.


    Steps: Adding a new Shipping Address

    1. Follow steps 1 to 8 from How to Order Cards from Fleet Dashboard.

    2. A dropdown menu displays a list of verified Shipping addresses. Fleet Admins have added these addresses previously to their application and card replacement requests.

    Note: If you can't find your previously registered address here, please contact Motive Support or choose the New shipping address option.

    3. To add a new shipping address, select New Shipping Address.

    4. Complete the required information for the New shipping address.
    5. Enter the City, State, and ZIP Code.
    6. Click Choose file to upload a verification document. Acceptable documents include bank statements, utility bills, lease/rental agreements (with a signature page), or insurance statements.

    Note: The selected file should be in PDF or JPEG format, with a maximum file size of 5 MB.

    7. Click Place Order after entering all the information.

    8. The Order is placed and a screen displays the order details.
