    • Yes, contact Motive Support if you require a refund/return for any Motive Shop product. 
    • Once your case is verified and approved for a refund/return, you’re given an RMA case number for the follow-up on your refund/return. 
    Note: Contact Motive for a refund/return within 30 calendar days of placing your order.
