Is there any refund/return policy for Motive Shop products?

  • Yes, contact Motive Support if you require a refund/return for any product purchased through the Motive Shop. 
  • Once your case is verified and approved for a refund/return, you’re given RMA case number for the follow up on your refund/return. 
Note: Contact Motive for a refund/return within 30 calendar days of placing your order.
