Can I see the current status and history of my orders at Motive Shop?

When an order is placed on Motive Shop, we send emails to update the status of your order, shipping details, etc.
Also, you can get your order updates by reaching out to the Motive support team.

Note: Motive is actively working on the order history feature to make it accessible through the Motive Shop.
