How to unfreeze a Motive Card

    Introduction

    The Fleet Dashboard allows Fleet Managers to unfreeze a frozen Motive Card. This article teaches you how to unfreeze a Motive card.

     

    Steps: Unfreezing a Motive Card 

    1. Log into the Fleet Dashboard and click Cards from the left-hand side menu.

    2. Click Go to Admin at the top right corner.

    3. Click Card Management

    4. Click the three dots located in the Actions column.

    5. Click Unfreeze card if your card is frozen.

     

    Note: You can view the status of your cards in the Status column.
