Penske eDVIR integration with Motive App Marketplace

Introduction

This integration streamlines DVIR defect reporting and repair by:

• Automatically sending defect reports from telematics to Penske's maintenance system.
• Providing real-time repair status updates, including mechanic notes, shop location, and contact details, back to the telematics platform.

Steps: Enabling Penske eDVIR integration with Motive Marketplace

1.  Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click Marketplace.

2. Search for Penske eDVIR in the search bar.

3. Click to open the tile.

4. Click Install.

Note: Since the integration is built on API Keys, the integration involves the API support team to authenticate the installation and share a private API key.  This integration is set up from the Penske platform, contact Motive to get an API key. Share the API Key with Pesnke eDVIR Integration point of contact. Further onboarding will be done on Penske eDVIR Integration end.

5. Click Install.
