    Introduction

    A new in-report message appears when total spend values in different tabs don’t match

    What’s New?

    The new feature explains that the Vehicle, Driver, and Group tabs show actual transaction amounts (posted date), while the Category and Card tabs sum individual line items, causing small differences. This helps customers understand discrepancies and reduces inquiries.

    Rollout Plan or Feature Go-Live date?

    This feature has been rolled out to all Motive Cards customers globally on 6/3/2025. No subscription is required.

    The Category and Card tabs sum transaction line items, while the Vehicle, Driver, and Group tabs reflect posted transaction amounts.

    No, the message will only appear when discrepancies are detected.
