Motive has introduced a new Training module within the Workforce Management suite to help fleets streamline worker training. This feature addresses long-standing challenges in onboarding, compliance, and ongoing driver education, all within a single platform.
What’s New?
With this new feature, fleet managers can now:
- Upload custom or third-party training videos in MP4 or MOV format
- Build tailored training modules with due dates
- Assign training to drivers or specific groups
- Monitor training progress and completion rates through a central dashboard
- Send push/email reminders for due and overdue trainings
- Drivers can complete assigned training directly in the Driver App, anytime, anywhere, reducing the need for manual tracking or third-party tools.
